Purchase and shipping conditions

Prices include VAT and shipping costs will be free for deliveries to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.

Payments are made through PayPal: with a PayPal account or with a debit/credit card.

Shipments will be made by carrier in national shipping (within 2-5 working days) and by international postal mail (within a period that will be determined by the country of destination, between 6-12 days).

In international orders, shipping and exchange costs will not be included and will vary depending on the country of destination, you can consult us and we will inform you.

ORDERS will need a production time, it will be between 14-16 days, plus the shipping time (2-5 working days).

Due to the natural and handmade character, the garments may have small irregularities, but they will always be within aesthetic limits.

If you have any problem or doubt with the garment, please contact us and we will help you solve it easily.

If you have made the wrong size and want another, the expenses collection and new shipment will be free* (only one change per purchase).

If you want to return the item, will be made within 15 days after delivery, in which you must inform us by e-mail (sales@sensenubyoriol.com) and we will contact you once the garment is received a full refund will be made.
